RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or incur any penalties.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Any item returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Unsealed hygiene or personal care products
- Hazardous items (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To make an exchange, please return the item in question.
Once the return is accepted, you may make a new purchase separately.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw, in accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
